Cinco de Mayo in the Stone House at Quivey's Grove

Join Quivey's Grove for an early Cinco de Mayo celebration in the Stone House on April 30th! Quivey's Grove Sous Chef, Evelia Hernandez, and her family designed an incredible 4-course menu. Enjoy traditional Hispanic dishes packed with flavor and paired with all you can drink Margaritas!

Course 1: SopeBlack beans, queso fresco, shredded lettuce, crema, and fresh salsa.

Course 2: PazoleRich brothy soup made with pork, hominy, and red chiles. Topped with fresh radish, lettuce, and red onion. Served with a side of fresh fried tortillas chips.

Course 3: Tacos1 carnitas and 1 chicken tinga. Served with housemade salsa verde guacamole, and pico.

Course 4: Chocolate FlanRich custard with a chocolate cake base, topped with caramel sauce.
